In Fundations we practiced writing the letters a and g and
practiced the sounds a and g make! (Nathan)
We wrote a brand new story in writing workshop! (Kate)
We had fun at recess. (Dayton)
In math we talked about more and less. (Sam)
Today we went to art and colored a picture. (Evan)
Please look in Friday Folders! There is a LOT of important
information in them!

Conference
scheduling notes are in your child’s Friday folder. It is very important
that you read both of the sheets. You may need to fill out and return
both sheets, especially if your child has siblings at MCE. I would like these back by Monday, Oct. 21 if at all
possible. Just return them in the Friday folder (not the red
folder). It is amazing to think that the first trimester is almost
over. Wow!!

Please initial these each week and return in the blue Friday folder on
Monday as well.

assessment results on your child

those of you that ordered books online or on paper forms---I will place
the order today so please no late orders! Thanks for ordering! I may
skip November since there will be a Scholastic Book Fair in conjunction
with conferences and the money from that goes to PTA.
