Dear Families,
Today for writing, we picked 6 words from the word wall to
write, then wrote a sentence using one of them! (Allison)
We had a fun recess! (Trevor)
We got a book that we had to listen for words that told us
what to do with our small kites. (Kate) This book helped us practice positional
words!
We heard a chapter book called Curious George Flies a
Kite! (Sam)
We made a kite! (Evan) I asked questions and students
decorated their kites according to their answers.

permission slips for our field trip and kindergarten program by Friday! If you
are out of town please return once you get them so I can turn a count in for
our class! I got most of them back but just wanted to remind those of you that
